Weronika Rochacka Gagliardi

Design strategist and co-founder of DESIGN PROVISION. She leads projects and training in the field of strategy building, design management, design thinking and service design. She has carried out projects and training for ING Bank Śląski, ING DiBa (Germany), ING Chief Innovation Office (Holland), Santander Bank Polska (formerly BZ WBK), Docplanner (ZnanyLekarz.pl), National Audiovisual Institute (now FINA), Mercer Services Polska, Polpharma, and many more. She gained professional experience, among others, at the British Design Council in London, where in 2007-2012, she worked as a project manager in education and support for business, the public sector and technology transfer offices. Since 2013, she has conducted classes as part of Service Design postgraduate studies at SWPS University. In 2020-2022, she was the Head of this faculty. Member of the Programme Council of the School of Ideas in Warsaw (as part of SWPS University).
