Service Design Manager at Ericsson & Co-founder at She is Lucid. Being a cross-disciplinary designer, futurist & researcher, Paul designs experiences which embrace the societal issues at the friction between new technologies, social demands and sustainability. His approach combines design research, systemic-thinking, co-design and foresight to explore and deliver impact for an eco-responsible and socially desirable society. He has worked on improving tech products, disrupting healthcare or exploring sustainable transportation, with partners like NASA, Stockholm City or Novo Nordisk. As a guest lecturer, Paul brings knowledge about service and speculative design, innovation management and sustainability by design.
