Natalia Urbańska

Strategic designer dealing with services, experiences and innovations. She supports customers in discovering the users' needs and their business goals. She is looking for projects which change the world for the better. In previous years, she cooperated with non-governmental organisations, co-conducted a large project concentrating on systemic change in the Polish education sector, and laid the foundations for the operation of the Netguru Ethics Committee. Currently, she supports social entrepreneurs as part of the ASPIRe accelerator run by Ashoka. In her private life, she has too many hobbies and too little time to explore them all – lately, she has been focusing on making RPG dice, and soon she may start climbing. She spends a lot of time in Spain.
