Karolina Długosz  

An expert with 15 years of experience in social responsibility and sustainability. She currently works as Sustainability Lead at Netguru, where she is responsible for sustainable development of the company under the B Corporation concept. She develops the pro bono activities of the company, among other things, by cooperating with the Tech To The Rescue Foundation. She implements in practice the so-called stakeholder governance – which takes into consideration the opinions of stakeholders when making key decisions. She initiates campaigns which help build an inclusive workplace – she received twice the “People who changed business” Award of the Responsible Business Forum. She began the carbon neutrality process at Netguru. She is constantly learning about climate change and how to talk about it. She loves cycling, just like that, and remote work.
